For help with your venue, use the same email and phone for now. Tell us the venue and what you were doing when the problem appeared — it saves a round of questions.

If you are a guest of a venue that uses Hanna, the venue is the controller of your data, not us. Write to the venue directly; if you write to us instead, we pass your request on to them.
